We can trace each carton that arrives in market, right back to the orchard it came from.

But that's not  all, we know a whole lot more about our apples. Each carton we send contains every bit of information about the life of the apples inside. We know which trees the apples came from, we know who picked the apples, we know which of our trucks picked up the apple bin from the orchard and brought it to our cool store.

We also know the exact moment the apple went through our pack house and made it into the carton. We know which truck took it to our final cool store, the container it was loaded into and the ship that took it to your country and where it was taken off the ship.

Some might call this level of detail obsessive, but that's what it takes to ensure the safety of every single one of our apples.
